Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service fee. No exceptions.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Clients may reschedule or cancel one (1) time with at least 48 hours’ notice and transfer the deposit.
If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled two (2) times in a row, the deposit will be forfeited and is not refundable or transferable.
A new deposit will be required to book again.
